BodisHS

The Twisst alerts are sent from a virtual private server hosted by BodisHS in Lelystad, the Netherlands.

When @twisst started, our data came from the popular Heavens-Above.com. Since June 2011 we are using the amazing Astro-satpass module to calculate the passes ourselves.

Huge thanks to Tom Wyant for creating that module and also to Marc van der Sluys (http://hemel.waarnemen.com) and Robert Simpson (@orbitingfrog, http://orbitingfrog.com) for tweaking the prediction script to perfection.

The website front end is hosted by Bhosted. And of course we owe many thanks to Twitter.com.
